Standing Offer (SO) for Temporary Help Services (THS)
The THS SO is used to fulfill temporary help requirements within the areas of Office Support, Administrative Services, Technical Services and Professional Services. With a maximum call-up value of $400,000 and a maximum length of 48 weeks, all Federal Government departments can use the SO once designated users have received system training. Our SO Number is EN578-060502/049/ZT.

Supply Arrangement (SA) for Temporary Help Services (THS)
The THS SA is used to fulfill unique temporary help requests, or for multiple resources at a time. All Federal Government departments can use this vehicle once designated users have received system training. For training, please contact ncr.temphelpservices@pwgsc.gc.ca. The maximum value of a call-up under the SA is $400,000 and the maximum length is 48 weeks. Our SA Number is EN578-060502/172/ZT.

Cyber Protection Supply Arrangement (CPSA)
This vehicle is available to all Federal Government departments procuring I.T. Security Resources. Categories include: I.T. Security Project Manager, Architect, Systems Operator, Installation Specialist and more. The SA number is W2213-050347/036/ZM.

Professional Services (PS) Online
PS Online is an automated contracting system run by Public Works and Government Services Canada. Government departments can perform a complete technical candidate search, narrowing the results by category, skills and minimum years of experience. You can register for PS Online at http://pwgsc.gc.ca/sipss/pspd, and receive training, a username and password by contacting Lucie Kealy at 819.956.1206. If you find a successful match, the IPS site will guide you through the procurement process.

We are the sole national supplier of permanent staffing services to CATSA. This supply arrangement is valid through to March 31, 2011. The contract number is AB.CS007-1542.

Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) IM/IT
This Standing Offer was awarded to excelITR for the provision of IT professionals within four streams including: Information Management, IT Systems, IT Operations and IT Service Desk.

CBC Radio Canada
This Supply Arrangement number RFSA ITPS 20080730 was awarded to excelITR to provide resources in the following categories: Database Administrators, Testers, Technical Writers, Security Specialists, PC Support Analysts and Project Managers.

City of Ottawa
This Standing Offer was awarded to excelITR for the provision of Informatics Professional Services including Strategic Development, IT Security, Project Management, Server and Operations and SAP Implementation and Support, among others. The Standing Offer number is 15207-91867-S01 and it is valid from May 2007 to May 2010 with four 1-year option periods.

Communications Security Establishment (CSE) MASP
This Supply Arrangement was awarded to excelITR to provide Top Secret cleared IT Professionals to the CSE. Valid until March 31, 2012, the SA number is W2213-6-0500.

Elections Canada Database Administration and Development Services
This Standing Offer is for the provision of Database Administration and Development Services to Elections Canada. Valid from December 2006 to November 2010 with three 1-year option periods, categories include: Senior Oracle Database Analyst, .NET Developer and Senior Integration Tester.

Indian and Northern Affairs Canada Client Services
In April 2006, excelITR was awarded this Standing Offer to provide Junior, Intermediate and Senior IT Client Service Centre Agents. Valid until March 2010 with two 1-year option periods, the Standing Offer number is 20-05-6008/2.

NAV Canada Recruitment Services
excelITR is able to supply IT Professional Services, both term and permanent through August 31, 2010. The contract number is 2008-0722PC.
